Before I became a Career Ownership Coach®, I worked as a strategy consultant and industry analyst for over 20 years. I loved working with thoughtful, motivated people to articulate important connections, patterns and objectives for organizations seeking to grow. However, over time I found that the most direct and rewarding way to apply my strengths was to help individuals seeking to grow.
The mission and network of The Entrepreneur’s Source coaches resonates with my personal aspirations and experience. We help brave people reach a point of clarity that enables them to take action to make their personal and career dreams come true. Along the way, people often have to take the path less traveled. That’s been my personal experience. I became a Career Ownership Coach® in large part because I would have been grateful for better guidance at key junctions in my journey.
Fun facts about myself: I was born in Australia, but I am American. My name sounds Scandinavian, but there is more to my background and upbringing than my name suggests. My education was somewhat unorthodox, but it encouraged my interests and gave me discipline. I’ve worked in many types of organizations and places. While overseas I learned fluent German (and to a lesser extent Czech and Russian). I used to race my road bike (Tour de France style) for ten years, but not since I had children! Currently my family is my greatest investment and reward, but I’m still investing in personal goals.
If you’re at a crossroads in your personal and professional journey and yearn to realize your dreams – especially through economic self-sufficiency – I invite you to connect with me. I’d like to offer my experience and guidance to help you become more successful and more fulfilled – faster.
